Our goal during onboarding is to make sure we understand your role, confirm priorities, gather the materials we need, and set up a smooth path for a great start. This process helps us reduce delays, stay aligned, and give you a clear picture of what happens next.

Virtual Call Center Agent Onboarding Policy

Policy Notice

All applicants seeking virtual call center opportunities through Prime Voice Connections must meet the onboarding requirements listed below. Failure to meet these requirements may result in disqualification from current or future opportunities.

Mandatory Eligibility Requirements

To be considered, each applicant must:

• Be 18 years of age or older

• Successfully complete a 7-year background check

• Pay the full cost of the background check

• Acknowledge and accept 1099 independent contractor status

• Provide their own desktop or laptop computer

• Submit all required onboarding and verification documents

These requirements are mandatory and are not optional.

Independent Contractor Classification

All approved agents are engaged as 1099 independent contractors and not as W-2 employees.

Applicants must understand and accept the following:

• No W-2 employment relationship is created

• Taxes will not be withheld from compensation

• The contractor is solely responsible for tax reporting, filings, and obligations

• Contractor opportunities are subject to client and program requirements

Background Check Requirement

A 7-year background check is required before placement in eligible opportunities.

Please note:

• The applicant is responsible for payment of the background check

• Background check completion is required before onboarding can be finalized

• Failure to complete or pass the background check may result in removal from consideration

Equipment Requirement

All applicants are required to supply their own equipment.

Minimum requirement:

• A working desktop or laptop computer

Additional client or program-specific technical requirements may apply and must be met before placement.

Required Documentation

Applicants must submit all required documentation in a timely manner.

Required documentation may include:

• Government-issued identification

• Background check information

• 1099-related tax documentation

• Any additional documents requested for verification or client compliance

Incomplete, missing, or delayed documentation may postpone onboarding or result in disqualification.

Compensation Notice

Available opportunities may offer pay rates up to $20 per hour.

Compensation varies by client, project, and program. No specific rate is guaranteed unless confirmed for a particular opportunity.

Applicant Acknowledgment

By proceeding with onboarding, the applicant acknowledges that they:

• Meet the minimum age requirement

• Understand they must pay for the required 7-year background check

• Understand the opportunity is 1099 and not W-2

• Have the required desktop or laptop equipment

• Agree to provide all required documentation

• Understand that pay opportunities may be available up to $22 per hour, depending on assignment

Only applicants who satisfy all onboarding requirements may proceed in the process.
